At our next meetup on August 14th at DataArt's R&D Center Yerevan @ 6:30 PM. Join us to hear Emma Saroyan and Vladimir Poghosyan speak on Postgres & Python.
In her talk "Postgres & Python: Gel", Emma Saroyan will show a new way of building an app using Gel, an open source data platform built on top of Postgres.
In his talk "Life, Universe, Python inside PostgreSQL", Vladimir Poghosyan will provide a hands-on technical introduction to PL/Python. Whether you're a backend engineer curious about database scripting, or a data scientist looking to bring Python closer to your data, this session will walk you through PL/Pythonโs real-world use, its strengths, and its limitations.
Technical talks, Q&A, Networking, and of course, free pizza and drinks! And please do not forget to grab an awesome swag! ๐
