The Scent of Beginnings: Essential Oils as an Ally in Creating/Managing Change

Details
In this, our first meeting, we are in some ways continuing a legacy (I held 99 meet-ups in Santa Fe, NM before Covid shut us down) and creating a new one...my Verde Valley Meet Up group! Many of us, as humans, are experiencing a lot of change happening on all levels of life. I think it is helpful to view these as new beginnings, and to enter a new cycle with intention and grace, regardless of the nature or cause of the change.
We will be discussing and experiencing the following essential oils in this inaugural session of my Aromatherapy for Health and Happiness Meet Up group: Holy Basil (Ocimum basilicum sanctum), Frankincense (Rare Black) (Boswellia neglecta...this oil has quite a story!), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), and Parsley Seed (Petroselinum sativum). Each has a role to play in navigating change gracefully and with intention.
Bring a notebook, if you wish, and a friend, even if they are not a member of Meet Up. Just let me know in advance. We can seat approximately 12-15 in our Shoppe, which we also use as a teaching space. At every meeting, we will place participant's name in a bowl, and draw a name for a gift related to the meeting topic.
