Easy Walk & Talk in Stuttgart - Calwer Passage

Details

Hello everyone!

On the upcoming Sunday, the 8th of June 2025, we'll share the experience of a new walk together in the city of Stuttgart:

Easy Walk & Talk in Stuttgart
(Sunday, 08.06.2025 15:45)

We'll meet at 15:45 o'clock in front of the Calwer Passage, Rotebühlplatz, close to S-Bahn Station "Stadtmitte" ( at the builing with plants on the other side of the Crossroad from Volkshochschule Stuttgart ). Once there, we'll reciprocally introduce ourselves, then we'll start walking and enjoing what Stuttgart has to offer.

The main language of the event will be English, but you may also enjoy and practice the German language with other participants, if you want to.

The focus of the events, that are getting proposed here to the community, lies not only on exploring the region and some of its most popular events and attractions, but even more on doing it together! So, be prepared to talk to other participants at the initial round of presentations and during the walk, learning something about them and letting them know something about you.

Event details:
📅 Date: Sunday, 08.06.2025
🕒 Time: from 15:45 until you decide to leave
📍 Meeting point: Calwer Passage (under the building with the plants - see the picture of the Event- at Rotebühlplatz, just across the road from Volkshochschule/ VHS Stuttgart; for that you need to get off the S-bahn at Stadtmitte).

Suggested trail:
From Calwer Passage to Rosengarten / Schlosssee and back to Stuttgart City Center.

Please, note the following:

  • these events are absolutely free and non-profit, aimed uniquely at promoting general well-being and socialization;
  • although doing their best to offer a safe and enjoyable experience, the organizers assume no liability for any incident that may occur, and participants are the solely responsible for their safety and well-being;
  • wear comfortable shoes and bring with you a small backpack with some water, snacks, rain jacket or a foldable umbrella, sun cream + sun glasses or gloves + scarf according to the season and the weather forecast; most importantly, don't forget your smile and come with a positive mindset, open to respectfully explore alternative points of view;
  • don't forget to join the group chat, either on Telegram ( https://t.me/Stuttgart_together ) or on WhatsApp ( https://chat.whatsapp.com/GJ18X19AM697ADKwkK4bLl ) where we will share any eventual last minute information and live location for any eventual late-comers (please, be aware that we aren't going to wait longer than 10-15 minutes at the meeting point; moreover, have understanding that we aren't going to spend our time on digital chats once we start our walk & talk);
  • these events are getting announced on several channels, so you'll likely find at the meetup some people who aren't listed here;
  • events may be canceled at short notice due to inclement weather or other unexpected circumstances, so please check the group chat before getting on your way to the event.

A honest and constructive feedback to the organizers at the end of the event, in order to improve for future meetup proposals, will be very appreciated! ("constructive" means that every missing star, that sinks the overall score of the group, making its events less interesting and participated, should be explained, ideally with a message to the organizer)

Feel free to share the invitation to this event with your friends, as many of them as you want: there's no booking of spaces involved, thus no reason to set a limit to the joy that you can share with friends! 😁🎉

Looking forward to walk with you in Stuttgart!
😀 🍀 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
