Join us for a one-hour reset that’s low-key, no pressure, and actually helpful.
We’ll kick things off with a quick grounding meditation, take a slow intentional walk, pause to reflect or journal, then head back and wrap with optional convo or spot coaching if something’s on your mind.
It’s not a workshop. It’s not a performance.
Just a simple way to move, breathe, and clear some space in your head—with good people, in a good place.
Bring your coffee, your water bottle, your weird week—whatever. Just come as you are.
