Come enjoy this beautiful space at the Hanai Center! Bring your art supplies, canvases, paint brushes, or any other creative project that you want to work on. We will just be spending a couple of hours working on art and hanging out. Plenty of room and tables available. This is a really fun time to build community and inspire creativity and connection. Everyone has been leaving feeling energized, it's really special✨

A book club that feeds your mind and nourishes your soul. Every month, we’ll come together to discuss a small portion of a spiritually enriching book with the hopes of fostering deep, meaningful conversations in a safe and welcoming environment. Please know that there is never an obligation to publicly share your thoughts and opinions with the group; only do so if it serves you. You are more than welcome to be nothing but a listening ear, absorbing the insights of those around you. Take what you need, leave what you don’t.

CURRENT BOOK SELECTION: The Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael Alan Singer

This book is divided into 5 parts; we will cover one part at each meeting.

FIRST MEETING is on Wed, March 5th where we will discuss part 1.

SECOND MEETING is on Thurs, April 3rd where we will discuss part 2.

THIRD MEETING is on Tuesday, May 6th where we will discuss part 3.

You are welcome to join in on the conversation regardless of how much you’ve read. There are no rules! This is just for fun :)

We’ll kick things off with a quick grounding meditation, take a slow intentional walk, pause to reflect or journal, then head back and wrap with optional convo or spot coaching if something’s on your mind.
It’s not a workshop. It’s not a performance.
Just a simple way to move, breathe, and clear some space in your head—with good people, in a good place.
Bring your coffee, your water bottle, your weird week—whatever. Just come as you are.

Let's get our steps in…vertically!!! Lace up your hiking boots and join us for a spicy hike on the Black Butte Trail, a challenging hike featuring a 1,500-ft elevation gain and stunning 360 views of the Cascades. This hike is open to anyone who enjoys exploring the great outdoors. We will move at a moderate pace with several opportunities to rest and drink water.

If you’re interesting in carpooling, leave a comment and we can meet at the Costco parking lot in Bend @ 9 AM. If you’re driving solo, we’ll see you at the trail head @ 10 AM!

Whether you are a seasoned hiker or a newbie to the trail, this event is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, enjoy the beauty of Central Oregon, and get your heart pumping!

What to bring: stellar pair of hiking boots/walking shoes, plenty of water, snacks, binoculars (if you have them!)
