Exploring the Self through Acrylic Painting

I welcome you to a warm, meditative space where you can relax and your mind can breathe, using art as a vehicle for this journey. We will focus on the artist that is already inside of you, using this space not to critique or judge but to create, play, and cultivate. Feel free to bring your own supplies if you want, but it is not necessary. Materials will be provided, including acrylic paints, paintbrushes, pencils, paper, and towels.

Les doy la bienvenida a un espacio cálido y sereno donde podrán relajarse y dejar que su mente respire, utilizando el arte como vehículo para este viaje. Nos centraremos en el artista que ya reside en su interior, utilizando este espacio no para criticar ni juzgar, sino para crear, jugar y cultivar su creatividad. Si lo desean, pueden traer sus propios materiales, pero no es necesario. Se proporcionarán todos los materiales, incluyendo pinturas acrílicas, pinceles, lápices, papel y toallas.
