Join us for a private tour of this classic Greek Revival building, a beautiful Albany landmark from 1912.
The tour will be led by Carl Morrone, Anthropologist and Historian from the New York State Museum.
Some of the highlights include the Liberty Bell replica, the Rotunda with paintings by William Hicok Low, 36 Vermont marble pillars, the longest colonnade in the United States, a chandelier 75 feet high plated in silver in the rotunda, the Regents Room, a glimpse into the old State Library with its magnificient Spanish Art Nouveau vaults, etc.
