Bring your sketchbooks and favorite pens (or pencils) for a 1.5 hour group sketching session! We will be meeting in Boston Public Garden for some flower and plant (and bridge) studies.
All skill levels are welcome, as are writers, photographers, and other creatives.
Try to arrive on time (or a few minutes early) so that we can gather all attendees before moving through the garden.
Also, keep in mind that we will be meeting outdoors. So please bring a hard surface to write on (clipboard, notebook, etc.), coffee, water, snacks, and anything else you need to survive outdoors. I will bring one or two blankets but please bring something to sit on if needed.
Our Goals:
We provide a community for creatives to beat Artist's Block consistently, so they can become their most creative selves. We also love supporting local businesses.
Location:
Boston Public Garden
We will meet at the Wendell Phillips Statue, close to the intersection of Charles St and Boylston St.
In case of rain, the event may be postponed, or an alternate indoor location will be provided in the event comments.
Parking/Transportation:
The closest T-stops are Arlington and Boylston (Green), Park (Red), and Tufts (Orange).
If you have any questions, please feel free to message me or post in the chat!
