Tataki Zome - Dialogue With Silence

Last week, I had a pleasure to be part of exhibition/performance “The aesthetics of imperfection/ Ritual and mastery in cultural dialogue” during Japanese days in Kaunas. By using Tataki Zome techniques we started the dialogue and give the voice to our most fragile and most neglected and misunderstood members of our society - plants. And not any plants, but so called - weeds.
So, i would like to continue this dialogue and look/talk to our silent citizens of Brussels and invite you to get to know them by using "Tataki Zome" technique that literally brings the magic during "conversations" with plants.

How to prepare: come open minded, open hearted and curious
What to bring: cotton, natural materials, hammer or round stones, comfortable cloths to be with and ok to make a mess with

How many: max 7 to 10 people.
