Students can learn techniques to create realistic drawings, such as perspective, proportions, composition, contrast, shading, tonal values, texture, and fine detail. They may also learn the difference between expressive and representational drawings.
Students can learn techniques for painting a gradation, setting up a still life, and locating and placing a focal point on the canvas. They may also learn how to create a grayscale, value charts, value relativity, color temperature, and painting gestures in humans and animals.
Students can learn sculptural processes such as assemblage, reduction carving, and modeling to create artwork based on a theme or concept. They may also need basic drawing skills, creative thinking, and artistic exploration to generate original solutions to design problems.
Collaboration is a partnership; a union; the act of producing or making something together. Collaboration can take place between two people or many people, strangers or best friends.
