L’Art et l’Amitité jouent un rôle très important afin d’apporter du sens et des valeurs à nos vies. En s’intéressant aux liens que les Hommes tissent entre eux et avec le monde qui les entoure, l’exposition met en lumière la représentation photographique de liens d’amitiés forts, mais aussi l’isolation et la solitude.

Une autre partie de l’exposition est dédiée aux portraits d’amitiés nordiques provenant de la Société Scandinave de Rome. Executés par les plus grands artistes de l’âge d’or danois, ces dessins sont exposés pour la toute première fois au Danemark.

La visite sera réalisée par Elodie Vidal Masson, conférencière diplômée de l’Ecole du Louvre. Elle vous proposera un regard singulier et discursif sur les œuvres présentées dans cette exposition temporaire.

Vous pourrez également découvrir le parc et le café-restaurant du musée!

The Nivaagaard Malerisamling is delighted to invite you to a guided tour in French, Sunday May 1st at 11am. The visit will focus on the new exhibition 'Friendships', which includes works by the photographer Joakim Eskildsen.

Art and friendships both play a great role in giving life meaning and value. In exploring the relationship that binds Humans together and with the world that surrounds them, the exhibition looks at photography depicting good friendships, but also images of isolation and loneliness. The other part of the exhibition is dedicated to Nordic friendship portraits from the Scandinavian Society in Rome. Executed by the greatest artists of the Golden Age, these drawings are shown for the first time in Denmark.

, who will reveal the most singular aspects of the works displayed and engage the audience with the themes explored.
