Baroque and Roll: A Music History Walking Tour with a London guide

Details

Discover the rich music history of London on a guided walking tour through the historic areas of St. James and Mayfair.

On this fascinating Baroque and Roll music history walking tour with a qualified London guide, Jon, we will learn about the legendary figures of music who have been drawn to London over the last 300 years, and see where they created, lived, loved and performed. Hear where the stars partied in the Swinging Sixties, where Handel composed his greatest works including the Messiah, where icons of music from Chopin to Frank Sinatra stayed when performing in London, where the Bee Gees wrote their greatest hits, where John Lennon first met Yoko Ono, and where Jimi Hendrix called "his first real home".

We will find a cosy pub afterwards to retire to for a drink.

I'll be there too, as I love the sound of this walk. Looking forward to seeing you again.

Best wishes
Caroline
