What we’re about
This group is open to anyone who describes themselves as a visual artist. The concept: we visit local visual art exhibitions and meet together to discuss what we think about them. I don't find a reason to visit the exhibitions of fellow artists nearly often enough and I thought others may find themselves in the same position. This would be a motivation to get out there to have a look.
There are only a few parameters. The group will have shared leadership. When we meet, we agree to give positive statements before we offer criticism of our fellow artists. Other than that, the group agrees to hear one another's opinions.
Exhibitions to be reviewed will be chosen by the members. We may choose to occasionally go to an exhibition as a group, but most often we will go on our own time. We will meet online.
