Internal Spring Cleaning is a 90-minute creative wellness experience that blends guided meditation, reflective journaling, and hands-on mixed-media art. Participants will explore the thought patterns their minds tend to return to—and consciously choose what they’d like to replace them with.
Rather than “fixing” or analyzing ourselves, this workshop focuses on soft awareness, creative expression, and practical intention-setting.

Workshop Flow
- Grounding Meditation & Reflection
We begin with a short, accessible guided meditation to settle the nervous system and arrive fully in the body. This is followed by brief journaling prompts designed to help participants notice:
• What thoughts tend to repeat or linger
• Where mental energy feels cluttered or stuck
• What they’d like to invite in instead
No prior meditation or journaling experience is needed.

Reframing & Replacement
Through gentle group discussion and optional sharing, we explore how small shifts in focus can create meaningful changes. Participants will identify one supportive thought, feeling, or reminder they’d like to cultivate moving forward. -
Creative Session: Mixed-Media Intention Page
Participants then move into a guided creative session using acrylic paint pens, oil pastels, and other mixed-media tools to create the first page of a small take-home art journal.
This page acts as a visual anchor—a reminder of the thought, quality, or intention they are choosing to nurture.
Art experience is not required. The emphasis is on process, play, and expression—not “making something perfect.”

In a second creative round, participants design another journal page focused on simple, real-world actions that support mental clarity—such as:
• Small decluttering or organizing tasks
• Gentle routines that bring calm
• Physical or environmental shifts that support a clearer mind
This reinforces the idea that external order and internal clarity often support each other.
