Art + Friendship for Teens

Details

Join us for an engaging workshop hosted by the Art Friendship Club, focused on building confidence in teenagers through art and friendships.

Through thought-provoking conversations, creative activities, and community-building exercises, teens will have the opportunity to express themselves creatively, connect with each other, and develop a sense of belonging in a supportive environment. This workshop is designed to help participants enhance their social networking skills, tap into their creativity, and forge meaningful connections.

Open to tweens, pre-teens, and teens, this event aims to cultivate a sense of empowerment and self-assurance among young individuals, while also providing a space for them to explore their artistic talents and unleash their imagination. Come join us for an hour filled with inspiration, self-discovery, and the joys of creating art alongside new friends.

The session is run by Matilda Ruby, an experienced Educational Therapist, youth mentor and artist. Matilda grew up with Dyslexia, and understands the struggles that come along with seeing the world differently.

Bring any art materials you have available. No previous experience required.
