Garden/Heritage/Lunch/Cake: Berkeley Castle +/- Sculpture Ex'n@Dr Jenner’s House

Join me for a look around the lovely gardens of Berkeley Castle to see its stunning peonies and other spring flowers. Depending on interest, we can also look through the amazing and almost 1000 years old castle itself.
There will also be knights in armour fighting.
At some stage we’ll break for lunch/coffee/cake at their new purpose-built café.
Afterwards, again depending on interest and time, those of us who want to can have a look at the Cotswold Sculptors’ Association sculpture exhibition at Dr Jenner’s House, which is a very short walk from the castle. https://www.cotswoldsculptorsassociation.com/jenner-exhibition/

Cost Berkeley Castle: adults: £16, students and seniors 65+: £15 (includes self-guided look through the castle and gardens). If you choose to gift aid your ticket, you can visit again for free for a year. **Please don’t buy a ticket if you’ve visited within the last year and gift aided. If so, look at their website and get a free “free for 1 year” ticket.**
Optional guided tour of the castle: £2.50

Cost: Dr Jenner’s House/Garden: adults £9, NHS workers & full-time students £8. Tickets allow free re-visits for a year. **Please don’t buy a ticket if you’ve visited within the last. If so, look at their website and follow their instructions for re-visiting for free within one year.**
