Art by the Sea - Clevedon Art Club 67th Annual Open Art Exhibition

Details
Join me for a look around what's always been a very enjoyable exhibition followed by lunch/coffee/cake, probably at the seafront (unless someone can suggest a good cafe with easier parking), +/- a wander around the seafront +/- the Pier.
Many apologies for the late listing, I was waiting to hear back about something work related.
Cost ?£1 or £2
Meet outside the entrance to the Science Atrium at Clevedon School. If you’re late, you’ll need to find us in the exhibition. I carry a silver backpack handbag.
From their website:
"** There is a road closure!
So..... don't use Google Maps ( its useless for here!)
...there is just a 5 minute car diversion if coming from Clevedon town ...go via Holly Bush Lane. Follow the yellow diversion signs around the town and over the hill towards the golf club. Go down Hollybush Lane and turn right.
- As access to the school from the Portishead side is unaffected.
- Go through 'road closed' sign when approaching from Holly Lane / Portishead, as the usual school entrance and car park at the secondary school is definitely accessible from the Portishead side..
** Don't worry....just allow 5 mins extra for the detour.**
Please park in the car park near the Science building (to the right) on arrival as usual.
Walking or cycling are unaffected.**
The annual Open Exhibition is held over 10 days in late August/early September when both members and non-members may each submit four works. These are presented before a selection committee of 3 artists of standing, including at least one Royal West of England Academician. Over 300 works (paintings and drawings, etchings, screen prints, lithographs, collages, enamels, ceramics and sculptures) are typically hung, drawn from an entry of over 600 works. The Clevedon Art Club Open Exhibition has a long history of success and enjoys a high reputation in the south-west area."
