Si necesitas un espacio arteterapéutico, en tu idioma, que te permita liberar emociones reprimidas, sentir bienestar, conectar con tu poder creativo y que te muestre el camino de regreso a tu corazón, te invitamos a participar en las sesiones de arteterapia grupal. Estaré feliz de acompañar tu proceso. ************************* Artistic expression has healed me, and I'm sure it will for you too. If you need an art therapy space, in your language, that allows you to release repressed emotions, feel well-being, connect with your creative power, and show you the path back to your heart, we invite you to participate in group art therapy sessions. I will be happy to accompany you on your journey.

Session will be run by Leslye Revira an art therapist with over 10yrs of experience.

Después de una breve introducción, pasaremos al espacio de compartir, técnicas de arte y terapia. Todos son bienvenidos a unirse; por favor asegúrate de tener a mano un bolígrafo y papel para dibujar y/o escribir.

This group art therapy session is designed to give you the opportunity to learn how to use art therapy as a healing practice. After a brief introduction, we will dive into sharing, art and therapy techniques. Everyone is welcome to join, please make sure to have a pen and paper available for drawing and/or writing.
