Baggage Claim Movie with Discussion & Drinks After

Pittsburgh native Nikki (Serafini) Neurohr makes her filmmaker debut with her tour-de-force efforts in the dark comedy indie feature film Baggage Claim. Written during the peak of her sister's battle with addiction, shot during the pandemic, and brought to life with the backdrop of Pittsburgh and so much Pittsburgh talent; Baggage Claim is not just a film, it's a message - to never give up in the face of hardship.

Upon learning of their mother's untimely death, lone-stoner Abby (Nikki Neurohr) and hyper-type-A brother Ben (James McDonald) must embark on a wild body identification road trip home to face what - or who - abandoned them many years ago. A lot has changed in four - no, three years - and there are reasons why neither estranged sibling is happy to be hostage to one another, especially for seven - no, six hours. Along their journey they encounter obstacles, come face-to-face with each other's qualms and individual inner struggles, and ultimately discover what steps they each need to take in effort to cope with the loss of their mother. Will they make it in time to claim mom's body? Will they finally be able to begin healing from their damaged childhood now that the monster is gone? Will it ever truly be "all good" again? With the help of some old friends (Gabe DeRose), new connections (Emree Franklin, Tyler Hollinger), and necessary pit-stops - they're sure as hell going to try.
