About Lindsay: I am a passionate Art Therapist, Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy bringing more than 16 years of experience to the field. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area in the State of California and I've traveled to many countries and lived in many different kinds of cities. I moved to Porto, Portugal almost two years ago. So far it's been an incredible adventure!
I'm dedicated to providing individuals of various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and families with a humanistic & compassionate touch. By combining my degrees of healing through artistic expression and the clinical practice of mental health, I am able to devise art directives for individual, family, and group settings.
On a personal note, I love to paint and dance - I thrive within creative environments. By practicing and adding to my own self-care, I learn new ways to improve upon my professional practice and I hope you'll come join me on your journey to self-discovery!
