Nicole is an Integrative Mental Health Therapist. She holds a Master's degree in Art Therapy from Universidad del Desarrollo, a degree in Occupational Therapy from Universidad Austral de Chile, and is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor by the KRI, Kundalini Research Institute.
Her training has equipped her to create and facilitate therapeutic spaces centered around individuals, integrating arts, contemplative techniques, and evidence-based medicine. Her aim is to promote mental, somatic, and emotional development and well-being in adults and youth.
Lindsay Parkinson comes from San Francisco, California. She is passionate about her work and has lived in Porto for the past 2.5 years.
Lindsay graduated with her Master’s Degree from Notre Dame de Namur University for both Marriage Family Therapy and Art Therapy, after having received her BA from San Francisco State University in Child & Adolescent Development, Youth & Family Services. Traditional talk therapy combined with art therapy is the primary focus of her work, utilizing Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Problem-Solution Focused, and Family Systems theories.
As new in town and multicultural woman, we are both happy to open and share this necessary space for self-expression, mindfulness, and achieving a flow state during this creative journey.
