In this online 30 minute session we will be practicing a sequence that will enhance our immune system and calm our mind. It will consist of breathwork, stretches, postures, and relaxation.
This will help us:
Enhance our respiration.
Bring a balance in our system.
Flush out toxins from the body.
Enhance the functioning of our glands that will boost the immune system.
Enhance tissue and cell regeneration thereby increasing body functioning efficiency.
Calm the mind and get rid of all emotional tensions we carry.
A regular yoga practice can result in better health, know that it is not a substitute for medical treatment. In the case of a medical condition, practice yoga postures after consulting a doctor and under the supervision of a trained Sri Sri Yoga Teacher.
