This class blends the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the steady grounding of Hatha. Through mindful sequencing, we build heat and energy in the body with breath-led movement, then pause to hold selected postures, creating space to explore alignment, stillness, and deeper breathing. The practice balances effort and ease, inviting both strength and softness - so you leave feeling energised, centred, and more connected to your breath.

Open to all levels, and beginner-friendly. This class is held in English.
