Pilates Inspired Yoga is a class designed to strengthen the core and sculpt the arms through mindful, graceful movement, breath, and control. Blending the fluidity of yoga with the strength of pilates, this practice builds stability, endurance, and proper alignment while being part of a supportive community that moves, grows, and gets stronger together.

Open to all levels.
