This class is a strong and focused full-body mat practice. At the center lies your powerhouse where stability, alignment, and inner strength begin.Flowing, precise movements combined with conscious breath create an experience that is both intense and grounding.
This is a pure, equipment-free Pilates class, using your own body weight to build strength, control, and awareness.

This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.

The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
