Who Am I? A Creative Expression Workshop

When someone asks who you are, what comes to mind?
Your job? Your relationships? The person others expect you to be? Have you ever wondered how you would describe yourself if you set these identities aside?This workshop invites you to step away from everyday expectations and explore yourself through creative expression. We’ll gently explore our relationship with our thoughts and discover what emerges when we set our roles and definitions of ourselves aside.
What we’ll explore
- How do my roles and identities shape the way I see myself?
- Which thoughts about myself do I tend to believe?
- What happens when I notice a thought without letting it define me?
- What might I discover about myself beyond these familiar descriptions?
What we’ll do
We’ll begin with guided meditation and writing, then move into an art-making process to explore who we are beneath our everyday identities.
Through creative expression, we’ll enter into a dialogue with our artwork, noticing what it brings to light and where our curiosity leads us.
We’ll close with time to share our experiences and exchange reflections. All sharing is optional.What you may take away

You’re welcome if you’re curious about who you are beyond your everyday roles, would like to explore your potential, or simply want some time to unplug and create.
No drawing skills or previous art experience are needed. You can participate at your own pace.Creative materials
