Relaxed, Intentional Hike
We’ll move at a relaxed pace, pausing often to take in the surroundings. Walk in silence or light conversation — whatever helps you slow down and reconnect.

Grounding & Reflection
We’ll gather for some gentle reflection and grounding. Through a few simple questions, we’ll bring awareness back to our bodies and explore how to carry this grounded energy into the week ahead.
