Sketch or Draw at Biosphere II In-Person Meetup!

Bring a pencil or pen and a sketchbook, or bring your favorite 2D medium & paper! Practice urban sketching or draw from life with us!

Meet with the Art Verve Association & community within a friendly face-to-face group setting. Beginners are most welcome!

It's a 40-minute drive from mid-town Tucson.

The Biosphere 2 Experience takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete.

We'll enter at 9:30 AM, walk around and quick sketch, and then regroup at 11:30 AM in the cafe and compare sketches. Admission is all day, so if you want to stay longer, feel free.

COST?

1. A self-guided tour admission fee is $23.00 and requires you to download the Biosphere app to your phone before your tour. If you don not wish to pay the admission fee, you are more than welcome to sit and draw the outside of the building and then regroup with us afterwards.

Bathrooms are available.
Cell phone service may be limited inside the facility.
Not permitted: Food or pets, call for service dog acceptions.
It is off the beaten path, so perhaps have some snacks in your car.
Please bring a water bottle, it is allowed.
