ART Workshops in Florence

Hi everyone!
My name is Kseniia — I’m an artist and sculptor based in Florence.
This October, I’m hosting two lovely outdoor sketching sessions — Art Picnic in Florence.
We’ll draw in beautiful Florentine parks, try out different techniques — watercolors, markers, pencils, pastels — and learn to notice the little details around us.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve been drawing for years or are holding a pencil for the very first time — it’s all about enjoying the process.
I’ll prepare all the materials for you, and by the end of the session, you’ll take home a mini sketchbook filled with your own artwork.

Urban Sketching — Quick City Sketches

In this workshop, we’ll take to the streets and draw architecture while discovering Florence — the city of Brunelleschi and Donatello. I’ll show you how to find the proportions of buildings, capture the character of a space, and convey the mood of a place through lines and color.
We’ll be working with markers — a highly effective tool for sketching — exploring the dynamics of Renaissance architecture and learning to see the city through an artist’s eyes.
Suitable for all levels — from beginners to those looking to refresh their perspective and let go of control. The most important thing is to bring a good mood and a willingness to observe.

In questo workshop disegneremo usando linee speciali che aiutano il cervello a creare nuove connessioni neurali.
Non è arte nel senso classico — è un modo per cambiare il modo in cui pensi, senti e reagisci alla vita.
Quando la mano si muove in modo diverso sul foglio, anche la mente inizia a trovare nuove strade per affrontare le stesse situazioni.
Il risultato è una sensazione di chiarezza, leggerezza e apertura.
Un gesto semplice che ti aiuta a lasciare andare la tensione e a riaprire le porte dentro di te.
