Brett Whiteley and Poetry Ride

On Sunday, 22nd September, Sydney Poetry has a special event at the Carrington Hotel which was Brett Whiteley’s preferred drinking establishment and ArtCycle will riding there via some Brett and Wendy landmarks.

We'll be meeting at Luna Park and riding to Wendy's Secret Garden at Lavender Bay at 13:00 sharp.

Usual stuff applies: helmet, water bottle, bicycle in good in order and fun tickets.

$5 donation to ArtCycle with a maximum of 30 riders.

Newtown to Luna Park hookup

The BikeWise folk will be at Victoria Park from 8am till 12 noon with a variety of bikes to try, mechanics, a food van nearby.

Anyone wanting to cycle from Newtown could join Gilbert at the Try2Wheels event and cycle via Darling Harbour over the bridge to meet the gang at Luna Park.
