✔ Bright Minds LuminaOS Premium – 1-month subscription, €20 (mandatory; hosts our custom prompts).
✔ Claude (incl. Claude Code) – monthly subscription, €20 (mandatory; fast code scaffolding).
✔ GitHub account – free (mandatory for version control & hosting).
✔ Optional tools – Lovable, n8n on AWS Lightsail, Supabase, Cursor IDE, Windsurf, Q Developer, Vercel (use what suits you).

Total mandatory spend: ~€40-80 (you have subscriptions for 1 month, those can be cancelled after the event... if you don't decide to continue using them).

Thu 8 Aug: 18:00: Online Ideation Sprint (inspiration & team-forming).

Sat 9 Aug
- Morning: Context & Mindset Kick-off → AI-First Business Design Lab.
- Mid-day: Lunch + Tool Set-up & Q&A.
- Afternoon: Vibe-Coding Masterclass (two tracks) → Build Sprint 1 with live Help Desk.

Optional evening section for those who do not want to stop:
- Late day: Quick dance-break energizer → optional Build Sprint 2.
- 19:00: Show-and-Tell Finale & Awards.
