Scalatron kickoff

Hello,

On 19-21 of November will happen in Barcelona the Strata Conference (http://strataconf.com/strataeu2014). O'Reilly is one of the sponsors and is kindly giving a free pass to the conference. Instead of doing a raffle we are going to set up a programming competition where we will show our expertise coding Artificial Intelligence bots.

The chosen arena will be Scalatron (http://scalatron.github.io/) where you'll have to code a bot that will compete against others in a tournament. The winner of the tournament will get the free pass.

This meetup will be the kickoff of the competition and it is going to be held joinly with the Scala developers group (https://www.meetup.com/Scala-Developers-Barcelona/) in Barcelona. So prepare your coding skills in the JVM and if programming is not your best, you can anyway come and try to group with someone from the Scala group and benefit from their programming skills with your super cool AI ideas.
