Corina and Radu are not developers. Even so, each of them has built an agentic organisation: dozens of AI agents working every day on market analysis, marketing, sales, legal, and HR, and the two organisations also work with each other, with a human approving at the end. They show concretely what this looks like, what works and what doesn't, what the freedom to experiment as a founder means outside a large organisation, and what changes for a person when their team is made of agents.

Meet our speakers
Radu Voinescu is Managing Partner at Sol Associates and co-founder of Kosmosis Energy, with nearly 20 years of experience in renewable energy. He has built an agentic organisation supporting market analysis, publishing and sales.
Corina Ghiațău is the founder of Inner Hero, an executive coach and psychotherapist with 20 years of experience in leadership, HR and organisational development. She has built her own agentic organisation, which regularly collaborates with Radu's AI team.
