42AI Behavioral Intelligence
Details
Technology Overview
42AI builds a proprietary behavioral intelligence stack for AI: a model architecture for predicting, simulating, and operationalizing individual human and agent behavior— not populations, segments, or “representative users.
The Large Behavioral Model (LBM) learns the semantic mapping from who a person is, what happened, and how they interpreted it to the action they take.
The Behavioral World Model (BWM) learns a latent behavioral state from each individual’s longitudinal event stream and produces distributions over future behavior, enabling both prediction and the construction of behaviorally grounded simulated worlds.
The Behavioral World Model (BWM) is, to our knowledge, the first world model built for individual human behavior rather than for physical dynamics, pixels, or game environments.
The BWM learns a latent behavioral state for each individual from their longitudinal event stream and models how that state — and the action distribution it generates — evolves over time.
Company Overview
The company is an AI lab developing fundamental behavioral intelligence. It created the World's first Behavioral Model: a basic model designed to predict human decisions and behaviors, even in volatile and unprecedented situations.
Following a major technical breakthrough and a commercial inflection point, the platform is already implemented with international corporate clients and collaborates with NVIDIA and other major partners (such as JPMorgan and Mastercard).
For example, it's an innovative model that accurately predicts which stocks individual investors will buy or sell on the stock exchange, when, and in what volume, very different from traditional Predictive Analytics approaches.
Currently, the demand from existing clients and the volume of data received are exceeding the team's processing capacity.
Therefore, the company has decided to open a 45-day window for a SAFE funding round for a limited group of investors (minimum investment of US$100,000 - a hundred thousand US dollars).
The capital will be used to immediately expand the AI and commercial teams, shortly before the company exits stealth mode and a substantially larger institutional funding round.
The founders have already invested $10 million of their own capital and continue to invest alongside the company.
This SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) represents an additional capital injection to grow existing operations, aiming to capitalize on the immediate opportunity created by rapidly expanding demand.
