0:00 - 0:10 | Welcome & Setup (10 min): Grab drinks, introduce the format.
Set up a physical Kanban board: To Discuss | Doing | Done .
0:10 - 0:20 | Topic Generation (10 min): Attendees write down discussion topics on sticky notes (1 topic per note) and put them in the "To Discuss" column.
Each person briefly explains their topic(s) (approx. 20-30 seconds each).
0:20 - 0:25 | Voting (5 min): Each participant receives 3 dot votes to use on the topics they are most interested in.
Rank topics in the "To Discuss" column based on total votes.
0:25 - 0:55 | Discussion Phase (30 min): Move the top topic to the "Doing" column.
Timebox: Set a 5 minute timer.Vote to Continue/Move On: When the timer rings, attendees vote (Thumbs up: Continue / Thumbs down: Move on).If "Continue," renew the timer for half the original time (e.g., 3-4 mins).If "Move On," move the topic to "Done" and start the next top-voted item.0:55 - 1:00 | Wrap Up & Next Steps (5 min): Quickly review any action items or key takeaways.
