Title: A Comprehensive Analysis of AI in Cybersecurity in the third decade of the 21st century a forward vision of new Softwares systems; Firewall Attacks for Instant Massenger in Emerging threat of Cybers Attacks.
Abstract: This talk presents a comprehensive analysis of the role of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity in the third decade of the twenty-first century, offering a forward-looking perspective on emerging software systems and digital threats. As AI technologies become deeply embedded in global economic and technological infrastructures, cybersecurity has evolved into a strategic priority for both states and corporations. The presentation explores how AI-driven systems may exacerbate financial stability risks, particularly through increasingly sophisticated attacks on firewalls, instant messaging platforms, and critical software infrastructures.
The weaponisation of artificial intelligence and machine learning within the World Wide Web has enabled new forms of cyber warfare, including state-sponsored attacks, cyber espionage, and large-scale hacking campaigns targeting global organisations and software firms. Cases involving multinational technology companies highlight the growing use of malware, spam, and Trojan viruses by cybercriminal networks operating across emerging economies.
The talk further examines the implications of these developments for software development, microtechnology, and firms operating internationally, with particular attention to challenges faced by emerging markets and new entrants in Asia. It argues for the necessity of robust corporate cybersecurity strategies to securely enable AI and Internet of Things applications while mitigating systemic financial and technological risks.
18:45 - 19:15; Speaker II: Xiaojing Zhao
Title: AI Agents for Bottom-Up AI Transformation
Abstract: AI transformation often stalls because organizations lack a clear starting point, waste time on repetitive consulting cycles, and struggle to capture the real work happening across departments. This talk introduces a practical, pain-killing framework for AI use-case management powered by AI Agents. Starting with measurable KPIs and transformation goals, employees can submit tasks, jobs, or process descriptions in multiple formats, while a knowledge-driven AI agent—equipped with an understanding of internal processes, policies, regulations, and the technical landscape—analyzes the input and generates implementable AI use cases. Management becomes involved only for review, scoring, and prioritization, enabling a bottom-up approach that surfaces high-value opportunities directly from domain experts. By embedding organizational context and reducing dependence on lengthy consulting engagements, this method accelerates AI transformation with clarity, speed, and actionable results.
19:45 - 20:15; Speaker III: Daniel Fitzpatrick
Title: Do you have an ice-cold beer for me?
Description: In this session, I will introduce Pragmatic Metacognitive Prompting (PMP) as a novel approach to improve sarcasm detection in Large Language Models (LLMs). PMP leverages pragmatic reasoning and metacognitive strategies to enhance the interpretation of implied meanings and contextual cues, achieving improved performance on sarcasm detection benchmarks.
Why is this session innovative and interesting for your future participants?
This entertaining, interactive, session is innovative because it integrates pragmatic theories into LLM prompting, offering a new direction for sentiment analysis research. It stands out by demonstrating how linguistic principles – such as implicature – influence human reasoning in complex emotional contexts, enhancing sarcasm detection capabilities.
Who is your audience and what are the key takeaways for them?
The target audience includes AI researchers, NLP practitioners, and data scientists interested in sentiment analysis and language model enhancement. Key takeaways include understanding the application of pragmatic theories in Natural Language Processing, insights into advanced sarcasm detection methods, and practical knowledge of implementing metacognitive prompting.
20:15 - 20:30; Announcements (Are you hiring, looking for a job, or seeking a co-founder or investor? Do you have something to share with the community? Use this space and stage)
20:30 - Socializing
