Talk: My journey from AI Career Coaching to AI Customer Acquisition Funnels
Abstract: Tobias Neffle, Founder of Inspire Growth, will share his entrepreneurial journey. He initially built an AI-powered career coaching program to help professionals find their ideal career path. In order to market the program he created an AI-enhanced customer acquisition funnel. But as he started sharing his solution, something surprising happened - people were far more curious about the AI funnel than the AI coaching itself. That insight sparked a pivot. Today, Tobias focuses on helping service providers, consultants, and coaches consistently win customers through AI-powered funnels. In this talk, he will walk through his journey, share lessons learned and invite ideas, feedback and support for his startup.18:45 - 19:15; Speaker II: Andrei Averin

Talk: Is Python better than Java for AI Use Cases?
Abstract: Java still powers many enterprise systems, from banks to large-scale industry. But when it comes to AI, Python dominates with its rich ecosystem and ease of use. In this talk, Jörg Richter compares Java and Python for AI development—looking at performance, tooling, integration, and real-world use cases. He’ll explore when it makes sense to stick with Java, when to go with Python, and how to bridge the gap between the two in modern AI projects.
