ChocoVin offers the unique opportunity to learn and enjoy from two experts – an award-winning Master Chocolatier, Lisa Mecray Rogers, and a Wine Educator. Tonight with Julie Belardinelli.

Every ChocoVin tasting features a synchronized selection of extraordinary wines and exquisite artisan chocolates intended to stimulate your imagination and taste buds. The wines and chocolates are chosen for their complementary and contrasting aromas and flavors to create a crazy-perfect pairing.

The wines and chocolates are presented in an order that highlights a progression of mouth feel, flavors and aromas. Tastings begin with light, aromatic and fruity pairings, building to full, rich and ripe and mature flavors and aromas. Each wine and chocolate pairing is presented in clear, fun terms.
