Reimagine ways to enter the holidays with more compassion, calm and creative faith ( trusting self and trusting your higher power )
Feel free to join with journal /sketch book/ pens. We will do some artsy exercises to reflect and celebrate our small victories and milestones of 2025 !
Together we explore grounding skills and themes/topics related to artistic recovery and living a humble bumble creative, authentic life. The group will read and discuss themes from the 12 chapters of The Artist Way by Julia Cameron. You can buy the book on your own or borrow from your local library or on LIBBY App. There are free shorted versions of it online as well.

Co-regulate: Come as you are. Especially if you're feeling a little low. Breathe and be present w us. Listen and glean from others as you journal, doodle, stretch, hang out, fold laundry prep lunch for tomorrow. You're welcome to share your experiences but there's absolutely no pressure.
Practicing Artist Way: Reading the chapter ahead of time and doing Morning Pages and Goal setting for your artistic endeavour. You can share process, progress; share how we can celebrate you or share goals and get some encouragement from the group.
Please don't hesitate to pop in even if you're late.
