About us
This group is for anyone who enjoys sketching and wants a low-pressure environment to practice their craft while meeting new people. We meet once a week to find a quiet corner, grab a drink or a coffee, and spend some time drawing. Whether you have been sketching for years or are just picking up a pencil for the first time, you are welcome here. There is no formal instruction; the focus is simply on carving out time in our busy weeks to be creative.
After our sketching time, we usually transition into a more social mixer. It is a great way to talk about art, share tips, or just get to know others in the neighborhood. We try to pick spots that are comfortable and welcoming to groups, so come as you are and bring whatever supplies you like to work with. We look forward to seeing your sketchbook and hearing about what you are working on.
