All are welcome to join our pod - to stumble & dive, swoop & flutter into new inner & outer spaces. We begin with curiosity & a desire to hear how the world speaks to us. We use prompts inspired by Clown, dance, dreamwork, animal studies, nature & each other to open to the muses. Dispensing (somehow) with the need to perform, we research the mystery of ourselves & our belonging.

$25 covers our rental costs. A basket will be passed at the event for the facilitator.

Sarah is the founding director of OOFA, which facilitates creativity labs & other playful experiences. Sarah was a practicing psychotherapist when she stumbled into the paradoxical world of Clown, to her surprise & relief. Since then, she has tried to embrace digressions, bewilderment, & apparent mistakes. Sarah's many collaborators include pods of wild dolphins & whales with whom she swims as often as possible, inspired by their playfulness & enormous hearts. OOFA's games, books & other impulses are dedicated to cetaceans. Sarah writes to go deeper.
