Artists & the Age of AI: September 2024 Meetup

Connect with other artists, creatives, and technologists and stay updated on the latest developments in the arts and AI-tech space.

For the September meetup, we’re hosting a facilitated group discussion about the intersection of AI technologies and education, and more specifically arts education.

Bring your thoughts and contribute to the collective discussion on the following:
- What are the potential opportunities for incorporating AI tools into the field of education, and arts education more specifically?
- What are the potential benefits/risks of incorporating AI arts technologies into arts education programs?
- How is AI currently being incorporated into educational models more broadly, and what can we learn from them?

We’ll bring snacks and discussion points to get the conversation flowing. You bring your thoughts, experiences, and viewpoints working with AI tools. All perspectives and levels of experience will be respected; everyone will be given space to express their opinions. Be prepared for a truly engaging discussion!

This month we'll enjoy refreshments courtesy of Liquid Death, Mighty Swell Seltzer, and Karbach Brewing Co.

Where: We’ll be in Devvie on the 1st floor in Capital Factory.

Parking: Metered parking available on the block surrounding Omni Hotel. Garage parking is available nearby. Capital Factory can validate cost of Omni garage parking to $8 after 5pm upon request.
