"LEARN TO MASSAGE" WORKSHOP
DNA. ART HOUSE, Wrangelstraße 25, Berlin, DE"How to" Massage Circle
This beginner-friendly workshop is an invitation to connect through touch, presence & care.Joe, a DNA. Member, a licensed massage therapist since 2014, has trained in shiatsu, Swedish massage, medical massage therapy & craniosacral work. His approach is simple: massage is not only a technique, but a generous and conscious way to connect with others.
In this 60-minute session, You will be guided through the fundamentals of massage in a safe & respectful environment. We begin with a short introduction to intention, consent, communication & boundaries creating a space where everyone feels comfortable & respected.
You will then practice simple and effective techniques in pairs, with the option to rotate partners and experience different bodies and styles of touch. If You prefer to stay with one partner, You are always welcome to do so.
> This is not about perfection it is about connection, awareness & learning how to give and receive touch with confidence & ease.
