This year’s fair will feature a wide range of exhibitors from around the world, bringing some of the most intriguing artists to Santa Fe. REGISTRATION DESK: (SEATED POSITION)
Located inside the front entrance of the Santa Fe Community Convention Center.- Check in and/or register fair guests, accept payment, and answer questions posed by visitors and exhibitors. This position is low impact, as you will be sitting, but the workflow will sometimes be fairly fast-paced and demanding. Very strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
GREETERS: (STANDING/SEATED POSITION)
Located inside the front entrance of the Santa Fe Community Convention Center.- Welcome everyone coming to Art Santa Fe
- Scan tickets and hand out SHOP ART Business cards to each attendee
- Give directions if needed
Qualifications for all positions:
- Reliable
- Responsible and honest team player
- Friendly, helpful, and outgoing demeanor
- Organized and efficient, even under pressure
- Professional appearance
- Willing to take and follow directions
- Able to multitask or change tasks frequently

I've attached the Volunteer Schedule and available shifts (location & times). After you have submitted your volunteer application:
- Please email me with your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices.
I will fill the positions in the order that I receive requests. But of course, I will do my best to accommodate where needed. I will be back in touch the first week of July to confirm your shift assignments and to send you the complimentary Collector "INVITE" digital link for you to share with as many friends and family as you wish.
