Georgia O'Keeffe Museum Workshop: Ceramic Lanterns

Georgia O’Keeffe carefully decorated her home and studio, blending art and design in a way that turned her space into an artist’s sanctuary.
Inspired by the thought of bringing special objects into our homes, spend a relaxing Saturday morning making your own ceramic candle lantern. In this workshop, participants will learn various techniques, including hand-building and piercing processes. The natural clay color (ivory white) will be our inspiration to reflect O’Keeffe’s designs and color palette in her home and studio.
