If you like art and have been struggling with life recently, more specifically with coping or self-expression. Join Stephanie Gruss, an therapist with over 20yrs of experience to help guide you on how you could use art as a mental wellness tool. This is also a weekly check-in and support group.

Session Agenda
Session will start with a quick introduction. Then we will get started in guided expressive art therapy. Along the session everyone is welcome to share their art and thoughts.
This is a wonderful opportunity to explore your heart and connect with others through playful and creative prompts that help process your thoughts and emotions with mindfulness, body-awareness and a touch of humor. Everyone is welcome—no prior experience needed! Bring pens, paint, paper, and any art or nature materials you love. Together, we’ll create a space for healing, connection, and creativity that can transform our experiences.
