We’re offering students a free daily 15-minute guided break to reset and recharge — mentally and emotionally — during these high-stress exam weeks.
WHAT’s OFFERED:
- 15-minute live online sessions
- Guided breathing techniques
- Quick, calming meditation
- Snippets of wisdom for mindset and daily motivation
- **Led by trained Art of Living Youth Program instructors & volunteers

- Live sessions only – no recordings available
