About us
Join our Art de vivre MTL meetup group where we focus on exploring the community, sharing, and practicing yoga, breathwork and meditation. Through activities like satsang, breathing and stretching, space clearing, and sacred spaces, we aim to promote healing and well-being for those struggling with depression. Our group also offers opportunities for mindfulness, guided meditations with the Higher Self, and weekly kirtan and chanting sessions to help cultivate inner peace and spiritual growth.
