A place for Auckland women to connect and feel supported, with monthly women's circles on in the city, and other workshops and offerings to support your personal growth.
My mission with this group is to make space for women to be their full selves, and through community, to empower each of us on our own personal journey of healing, meaning making, resilience building, and soul-centered living.

If you've never been to a women's circle before, why not indulge your curiosity? There is a wonderful magic that happens when we come together, with full permission to simply be ourselves.
Depending on what comes up on the day, I'll guide you through some simple somatic exercises or visualisations to ground our emotional well-being.
Other than that ... this is your space – to express from the heart in a safe space, and feel seen in a way that is so very rare in our busy modern world.
Leave the circle feeling more connected, centered, and at peace. A beautiful Sunday reset to end your week on a high.
