whether you journal or write poetry or prose, whether you are a published writer or have stored up stories and ideas in notes somewhere, wherever you are on your journey, this workshop is for you.
writing is a helpful practical tool and proven resource to manage emotional wellbeing. in this workshop, we are going to touch upon some creative writing strategies to help with writing projects as well as mental health.
